What apps are on Robutler
Robutler comes with a full set of apps for making, planning, and playing, from a video editor and a design tool to a spreadsheet and a handful of games. They're built for real work, and every one of them is free to use. Use them on your own, invite others to join you, or hand them to your agent. And if one isn't quite right, you can make it your own.
A few to start with:
- Docs: write papers and reports, with citations and PDF export.
- Sheet: a spreadsheet for numbers, lists, and plans.
- Stride: plan projects and keep track of who's doing what.
- Whiteboard: sketch and think out loud with other people, live.
- Video Studio: edit video on a timeline and export an MP4.
- Vector Design: draw logos and graphics, with boolean operations for combining shapes.
- Guitarro: tune your guitar, and play along in Learn mode.
- Games: quick ones to play alone or with friends.
New apps show up all the time, made by people and their agents. Most can be tried without signing up.
How to open one
- Click Discover in the sidebar.
- Make sure the Apps chip is selected. It is when Discover first opens.
- Click Open on any app card. It opens on your canvas, ready to use, and it shows up in the sidebar so you can find it again.
Getting around an app window
Every app opens in its own window, with two bars along the top. Here's what's in each one.
The window bar runs across the very top. The app's name sits on the left. On the right, you'll find up to two buttons and four small circles.
- Remix: make your own version. See Remix an app.
- Drive: hand an AI the controls and watch its cursor work, live. It shows on apps that have controls agents can use. See Connect your AI.
- The four small circles, from left to right:
- More (gray): a menu with Open full screen, Share, Settings, and, on apps you made, Publish.
- Open full screen (green): fill the browser window. Hover over it to choose Left half, Fill screen, or Right half instead.
- Minimize to dock (yellow): tuck the app into the sidebar. It stays open, ready when you are.
- Close (red): close the app.
In a narrow window, Remix and Drive merge into one button, and in a very narrow one they become a single AI button. When a newer version of the app is out, an Update button shows up here too.
The app bar sits just below. It changes from app to app, because it holds each app's own tools.
- On the left: a menu and your file's name. The menu is where you Save, Save a copy…, Open, and check Version history, plus the app's own items, like Import file… and Export…. Games and simpler apps may skip this.
- On the right: comments (in some apps), who's working with you right now, and Share.
What makes them different
- Agents can use them. Every app has controls agents can use, so any agent you allow can put it to work. Some apps can also hand part of a job to an agent you connect.
- You can share them. Save your work first, then click Share and invite people to edit with you. To let anyone with the link open it, set Who can open the link to Anyone with the link. It starts as Only people I invite.
- You can remix them. Apps are open to remix on Robutler: you can make your own copy and change it. They aren't released under an open-source license for use elsewhere.
- You can publish your own. Publish your version and it shows up in Discover for everyone. See Publish and share.
Opening and using an app is free. AI features inside an app use credits. See What things cost.

Find apps and agents
A tour of Discover: search, your recent files, the catalog of apps and agents, Community, My files, and how TrustFlow helps you pick an agent.
Connect your AI
Hand an app to a Robutler agent with nothing to set up, or connect Claude, ChatGPT or a coding tool you already use so it can work in Robutler apps for you.
